To make the absolute best sandwich, you have to start with the bread. Just like making a pizza, the quality is in the dough. The best pizza you’ve tasted, undoubtedly, has the best crust you have ever eaten too, and so, this is the way we look at our sandwiches.
Once we get past the bread, our sandwich is filled with the best ingredients we can find. We use only Romaine lettuce. It’s rich, dark green leaf is full of nutrients. Our meats are the best we can find; Italian salami, hand carved turkey breast, prime roast beef and honey baked ham. Our cheeses, Swiss and cheddar, are rich in flavor, and we use an imported Dijon mustard from France. Our tarragon chicken salad, dijon egg salad and curried tuna salad sandwiches are also unique, and made according or our own recipes.
We could go on and on, but the best way for you to determine if you’re eating the very best is to try one of our sandwiches, and then compare it with everything else that’s available to you. We think you’ll agree, we do make a really great sandwich, perhaps the best you’ve been able to find anywhere, and, like we said earlier, that’s our mission!
