If you’ve
visited France or have seen movies of some of the beautiful places in
France, you’ve undoubtedly witnessed people walking down the street carrying
a French baguette. It’s
one of their most prominent symbols. Every village has at least one
boulangerie (bakery) where bread is made three or four times a day. This is
not only common to France, it happens all over Europe.
At Délice European Bakery & Café, we offer a number of breads, mostly of
European decent, made fresh daily. We also offer all of our breads for your
occasion on a special order basis, provided we are given the appropriate
advanced notice. We don’t limit it to those wonderful breads of France but
instead, try to offer a wider variety from many countries including some of
those breads that are derived here in the USA.
Below is a list of the various breads we bake and the schedule we have established for their availability throughout any given week.
We require 48 hours notice for bread orders,
and a minimum order of six loaves or two dozen rolls for a bread on a day
that we do not usually make it.
