If youve
visited France or have seen movies of some of the beautiful places in
France, youve undoubtedly witnessed people walking down the street carrying
a French baguette. Its
one of their most prominent symbols. Every village has at least one
boulangerie (bakery) where bread is made three or four times a day. This is
not only common to France, it happens all over Europe. Below is a list of the various breads we bake and the schedule we have established for their availability throughout any given week.
We require 48 hours notice for bread orders,
and a minimum order of six loaves or two dozen rolls for a bread on a day
that we do not usually make it.
