Payment Schedule
When you have worked out the design details with us, and placed your order, we require a deposit of 1/3 the total cost of the wedding cake. A full refund will be granted if the order is cancelled one month prior to the wedding. The balance of the cost must be received by Délice European Bakery & Café two weeks prior to the wedding. If your cake requires columns, cake plates, or a stand, a deposit must be left with us to insure safe return of our equipment. The purchase of any additional decorations such as fountains and cake toppers is your responsibility, as we do not supply these items. We will hold this deposit until the equipment is returned to us, no later than two weeks past the specified wedding date. When the final payment is made on the cake a receipt will be issued and we request that a final size decision be made at that time. We cannot make allowances for a smaller guest list once the final payment has been made.
